Set in lush greenery in the heart of Provence, a stone's throw from the French Riviera, L'Oliveraie is a large single-storey villa of 300 m² that sleeps up to 12 guests. With its 6 bedrooms — including 2 master suites — it is ideal for bringing family or friends together in a setting that is both spacious and intimate. Its distinctive feature: it is made up of two separate but connecting dwellings, combining togetherness with everyone's privacy. Set within large enclosed grounds of 6,500 m² with no overlooking neighbours, secured by an electric gate, the villa offers modern, high-end appointments: recent equipment, giant-screen TVs (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and all the comfort needed for a relaxing holiday. The 300 m² south-facing outdoor area is arranged around a salt-water pool secured by an electric cover, with sun loungers and parasols. Large terraces invite you to relax on the outdoor sofas, enjoy breakfast in the shade or share meals around big tables, with a Weber gas barbecue on hand. Two covered north-facing terraces provide welcome coolness in summer. For leisure: a petanque court, badminton and table tennis (equipment provided). The villa is 45 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and 50 minutes from the Verdon Gorges — the perfect base between sea and the Provençal hinterland.
